SHAMBHALA SAN DIEGO HOLDS FIRST EVER
HEART OF WARRIORSHIP LEVEL FIVE

Shambhala San Diego has a new center and programs to keep it busy. The weekend of Februrary 3rd saw the completion of the Heart of Warriorship series with the Level 5 class under the Directorship of John Osajima.
There are plans to begin the graduate series, The Sacred Path, in April.

Richard Arture Visits
San Diego Shambhala Center

Richard Arture, one of Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche's first students in the west, visited the San Diego Shambhala Center for a week, from January 20th to January 27th, 2006. Along with a wonderful slide show and narrative about the first days of Shambhala, Richard Arture led two days of studies. Sunday the 22nd brought us a teaching on "The Instruction of Pointing the Staff at the Old Man."
